The murder mystery show, which features Selena Gomez, Steve Martin and Martin Short in leading roles, has one of the most star-studded casts around.

Selena Gomez

Disney pop sensation and actress Selena Gomez forms one-third of the famous trio from Only Murders in the Building.

The Same Old Love singer portrays Mabel Mora, a young artist who is living alone in her aunt's unit when the series begins.

Fans will also recognise her from shows like the Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place, where she rose to fame as Alex Russo, as well as Monte Carlo and Ramona & Beezus.

Steve Martin

Comedy legend Steve Martin plays Charles-Haden Savage, a semi-retired actor who was the star of a popular 1990s crime drama.

While Steve has been in too many popular comedy movies to count, some of his highlights include Cheaper By The Dozen, Father of the Bride and Bringing Down the House.

Martin Short

The third member of the show’s core crime-solving group is financially struggling Broadway director Oliver Putnam, who is portrayed by Martin Short.

Martin is famed for such films as Father of the Bride Part II, Frankenweenie, Treasure Planet.

Meryl Streep

Award-winning actress Meryl Streep is probably the most famous star on this list.

She has played struggling actress and Oliver's love interest Loretta Durkin since season 3.

Meryl is best known for huge Hollywood hits, including The Devil Wears Prada, Fantastic Mr Fox and Into the Woods.

Eva Longoria

Stunning actress Eva Longoria plays a parody version of herself in Only Murders in the Building.

The star, who has joined the cast for season 4, is set to portray Mabel in the film adaptation of the trio’s podcast.

Eva is best known for appearing in shows like Desperate Housewives, Devious Maids - and you can also catch her directorial debut, Flamin’ Hot, on Disney+ now.

Eugene Levy

Like Eva Longoria, Eugene Levy is also playing a parody version of himself this season, as he is set to portray Charles in the film adaptation of the podcast.

While you may well know Eugene from Netflix’s Schitt's Creek or Universal hit American Pie, you can also find him on the following Disney titles: Cheaper by the Dozen 2, Like Mike and Splash.

Zach Galifianakis 

Another actor to play a heightened version of himself is Zach Galifianakis, who is set to play Oliver in the film adaptation of the podcast.

While many might remember Zach from the hangover franchise, he also appears on Disney+ properties like Birdman (Or the Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance), Keeping up with the Joneses, Ron’s Gone Wrong.

Jane Lynch

Beloved actress Jane Lynch stars as Sazz Pataki, Charles' stunt double, in Only Murders in the Building.

Sadly, we had to say goodbye to Sazz at the end of last season, as she was shot by an unknown assailant with a snipe clearly meant for Charles.

Some fans might recognise Jane from Post Grad, but many will remember her for playing Sue Sylvester in the musical comedy series, Glee.

Kumail Nanjiani 

Marvel star Kumail Nanjiani also appears in season 4 of Only Murders in the Building.

Fans might recognise him from such titles as superhero movie Eternals, raunchy series Welcome to Chippendales and comedy film Stuber.
