Bri Balram and Demari Davis, the lovebirds from season six of Too Hot to Handle, have proven their relationship is still robust after dealing with drama on the hit Netflix show.
The pair found themselves quickly enamoured with one another, only to shock fans by locking lips with other contestants, Chris and Valentina.
Despite these hiccups, Bri and Demari made it to the series' end, leaving together determined to leave the past behind.
In a candid chat with US Weekly, Bri confided that seeing her partner's actions replayed brought new pain, saying: "Me and Demari actually had a disagreement last night."
She added that Demari was supportive, noting, "It was more so he was validating my feelings because I'm still upset, like watching it, hearing about it, seeing all the comments and the tweets and the DMs."
Reflecting on the hardships of reliving the betrayal through the screen, Bri expressed: "Actually seeing it in real life hurt more than knowing about it and I think it's just something that we're actively working on - trying to get past it all, but it is very hard to watch it on TV."
Previously, during an interview with TODAY, Bri spoke about the irresistible draw she felt towards Demari from the moment they met.
"I think initially he was just the tallest good-looking man in the villa," she admitted. "I walked in and I immediately caught eyes with him and I was like, 'that's it, that's him, I want that one'."
Continuing the praise, she went on: "Like somebody hand-picked him and put him right there for me when I walked in, like his eyes, his smile, his skin, his body.
"It was all just perfect. I gravitated towards it."
Here's hoping this unique love story continues to blossom for many years to come.
