Meghan Markle soft launched a brand new lifestyle brand this year, with jam being her core product.

And she's not the only royal with her finger in the pie, with King Charles long selling organic jams via The Highgrove Shop and in Waitrose through his Duchy Originals line.

Claims emerged that there is a "rivalry" over their products, but a recent discussion on GB News has prompted royal commentator Angela Levin to shut it down - and a separate error was pointed out too.

Speaking to Nana Akua on GBN America, she said: "King Charles brought out jam from his place and she supposedly felt he was taking it away from her.

"I don't think he would dream to do that, to take it away from her. It's not in his nature."

The reported rivalry follows claims Meghan felt the soft launch of her lifestyle brand "hasn't gone well", but Nana stated it's due to the timing of the launches.

Meghan launched during a core time for the Royal Family, with Nana adding: "Meghan launched one of them during Trooping the Colour.

"And then she launched the other ones when we had the diagnosis of cancer and things like that. People don't like that."

Meanwhile, Levin stated Meghan had gone into "victim" mode.

She said: "I think she does feel it's very unfair on her," while Nana claimed Meghan would argue she had an "unfair time with the Royal Family".

It's been reported that sales of King Charles' jams spiked after Meghan's American Riviera Orchard announced they would be releasing her product.

Jams are one of the many things Meghan is said to be keen on launching.
