Coronation Street: Joel discovers Lauren is pregnant
Coronation Street fans have "worked out" what Kit Green is up to - and it’s not looking good for Craig Tinker.
The copper (Jacob Roberts) rocked up to Weatherfield as the long-lost son of Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove) this year. Soap favourite Bernie gave up Christopher ‘Kit’ Green for adoption almost thirty years ago.
She eventually tracked him down a few months ago - but Kit didn’t want anything to do with her.
Meanwhile, Bernie’s twins Gemma (Dolly-Rose Campbell) and Paul (Peter Ash) were left stunned to find out they had another brother.
What’s more, Kit also had a part to play in sicko Nathan Curtis (Christopher Harper) getting sent to prison for the murder of Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton). As fans will recall, the troubled youngster went missing earlier this year - but is actually alive.
However, in a shock twist, Kit planted Lauren’s DNA in paedophile Nathan's van and framed him. In reality, viewers learned the truth about Lauren’s disappearance: she was actually attacked by solicitor Joel Deering (Calum Lill).
Since then, Kit has become a regular on the cobbles - with fellow copper Craig Tinker (Colson Smith) taking a shine to Kit. However, during Monday’s episode (July 15) Kit was adamant about getting some blackmail material on Craig.
The crooked detective invited Craig out for a pint at the Rovers Return to get him drunk. And as Craig started drinking more and more, Kit attempted to fish for anything from his colleague's past that could be used against him.

Now, fans have shared their fears for Craig following Kit’s behaviour as they reckon he will end up blackmailing Craig or will get him sacked from the police force.
Over on a Facebook fan page, one viewer mused: “What’s Kit up to with Craig?” Someone else replied: “He’s a bent cop and trying to get pc tinker the sack I think.” (sic)
A third added: “Leverage to blackmail Craig with, so Craig will then need to keep quiet about Kit’s own bent cop antics.” Another proclaimed: “I don’t like him I think he's devious.” Echoing their thoughts, a fifth wrote: “He’s up to no good.” (sic)
