Emmerdale viewers believe they've cracked the case of who is blackmailing Will Taylor.
Fans of the ITV soap will remember that Will has been embroiled in a chilling blackmail scheme in the village this week. Despite initial suspicions pointing to his ex Rose Jackson and daughter Dawn Taylor, it seems neither are involved, leaving Will terrified about who is truly behind it.
This week's episodes saw Will, who is being blackmailed to keep his secret fling with ex-wife Rose Jackson from current wife Kim Tate, miss the money drop due to a catastrophic barn fire involving Moira Dingle. As a result of the missed money drop, the situation escalates next week.
In forthcoming scenes, Will's estranged wife Kim is abducted as part of the blackmail plot, with the blackmailer raising the stakes to £50K. In a desperate move, Will approaches Caleb Milligan for a loan in exchange for his shares in the haulage business.
After securing Caleb's loan, Will appears upbeat as he makes grand promises to Kim, reports the Manchester Evening News.
However, his mood quickly changes when the blackmailer sends a message demanding payment. The following day, once Will has the £40K in cash from Caleb, he messages his blackmailer to inform them he has the money.
Will then faces the tough task of informing Jimmy King about his deal with Caleb, leaving Jimmy enraged by his friend's betrayal. Matters take a turn for the worse when Will returns to Home Farm for lunch only to discover Kim is missing.
In a shocking development that will leave Emmerdale fans on the edge of their seats, Will receives a terrifying call from his blackmailer who claims to have kidnapped Kim.
Desperate to rescue her, Will follows the instructions to a woodland area, only to find a mannequin eerily dressed like his wife, drawing him deeper into the forest. Will Will and Kim be okay and who is behind the blackmail?
Taking to social media, Emmerdale fans have shared their theories. Some believe Will's son-in-law Billy Fletcher is in cahoots with Kim, crafting an unexpected twist of betrayal for Will.
