Calvin Robinson said he is leaving the UK months after being sacked from GB News. Taking to social media he hit out at Sir Keir Starmer after sharing his "personal news".

The priest and broadcaster uploaded a candid video and admitted he is "looking to leave the United Kingdom". He revealed part of his decision was because he had been called to a parish elsewhere and suggested: "London is no longer safe".

In view of his 374,000 followers, he declared: "Some personal news: It is with a heavy heart that I announce I am leaving the United Kingdom.

"Starmer's dark Satanic Mills are not for me. But I will be back. For now, it is time to regroup.

"I will not cease from mental fight, nor shall my sword sleep in my hand."

‌In a follow-up tweet he penned: "I am sure the kinder, gentler liberals will rejoice. The hard Left may have won the battle, but they will not win the war.

"Cry God for Harry, England and St George."

In the candid video online Calvin explained his decision had been "accelerated by the current state of affairs in the UK".

He continued: "London is no longer safe. I'm a Nomad at the moment. Floating around without a home but I've been offered a home and I'm going to serve and minister to good faithful people."

Calvin admitted while he does not plan to leave the UK for good and will return at some point in the future, he said hopes in the meantime "people will soon wake up".

"I want to specify that I love the UK," he shared. "I am half-English. I love England and I love this nation with all of my heart."

Calvin said: "I want it to do better but right now it's not a safe place politically. The politicians are going to clamp down on us. I will be back."

He explained he would continue with his talk shows on YouTube.

Calvin was suspended from GB News in October in light of the backlash surrounding Laurence Fox's remarks about Ava Evans on Dan Wootton Tonight.

Following an internal investigation, both Laurence and Calvin were dropped from the presenting lineup.
