Corrie: Nurse tells Paul Foreman he can't leave the flat
Coronation Street will air Paul Foreman’s devastating death in just a matter of weeks. Paul, played by Peter Ash, was diagnosed with the Motor Neurone Disease last year, with his health continuing to decline and now his heart-wrenching death is in near the future.
A fresh promo from the ITV soap has given fans a sneak peek into the dramatic scenes set to unfold in the coming weeks, as three major storylines continue to develop. One family could be torn apart by the revelation of a devastating affair, while another family is shattered by a tragic death.
Fans will be aware that Paul is due to meet his end in heart-rending scenes soon, following his diagnosis of motor neurone disease last year. His health has been on a rapid decline over recent months, with doctors informing him that he doesn't have much time left.
In the forthcoming episodes, the moment will arrive when his family, including partner Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank), must bid farewell.
As the clock ticks, Billy is desperate to make every moment count, but will he manage to say goodbye in time when Paul is rushed to hospital?

Another significant storyline seemingly drawing to a close next month involves the end of villain Joel's reign of terror. With actor Calum Lill having exited the role and completed filming his final scenes, it's only a matter of time before Joel departs for good.
But will he manage to evade justice as planned, or will those he has wronged finally bring him down?
With his mistreatment of Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton) and other young girls finally coming to light, Joel's ex Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) and DS Swain (Vicky Myers) join forces to take him down.

Meanwhile, Nick Tilsley's (Ben Price) affair with his partner Leanne Battersby's (Jane Danson) sister Toyah (Georgia Taylor) appears to be on the brink of exposure.
