Emmerdale: Belle Dingle says goodbye to her dog Piper
Emmerdale fans have been left fearing for Gabby Thomas (played by Rosie Bentham) after abusive Tom King (James Chase) tried to flirt with her over a drink in The Woolpack.
Tom has ramped up his abuse towards his wife Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) to another level this week after he murdered their dog Piper in horrific scenes.
After mowing the pooch down, vet Tom claimed to have done 'everything he could' to try and save Piper as Belle was left devastated.
Tom had used Piper to claim back emotional control of Belle after she announced her separation from her violent husband.
But Belle appears to have seen through Tom's act, accusing him of being responsible for her injuries.
During Tuesday's trip to the village (August 20), Belle knew Tom was behind Piper's demise and as they laid her to rest she spoke of his abuse.
Meanwhile, Gabby and her love interest Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) continued to hit it off as they arranged to go for a drink in the pub.
After securing Laurel Thomas's (Charlotte Bellamy) investment in The Hide, Gabby celebrated over a bottle of fizz. But when she ordered her drink, Tom was also sat at the bar and tried to flirt with her.
Flooding Gabby with comments, Tom also said he's 'put his hat in the ring' to be romantically involved with the businesswoman.
But Gabby gave him the cold shoulder before planting a huge kiss on Vinny's lips confirming she was not interested in Tom's advances.
But Emmerdale fans have been left fearing Gabby will be Tom's new abuse victim, with one viewer writing on X: "So Tom wants Gaby as his next victim? That just came over as creepy & just wrong. #Emmerdale."
A second exclaimed: "Tom hitting on Gabby, disgusting human #Emmerdale."
A third added: "Emmerdale Ewww Tom."
