CBB: Model Chloe Ayling makes a stunning entrance
A new drama series centring on the kidnapping of Page 3 model Chloe Ayling has been released by BBC. Kidnapped: The Chloe Ayling Story, will be broadcast on BBC Three and recounts her journey to Milan for a photoshoot, where she was subsequently drugged with ketamine, abducted, and woke up handcuffed in the boot of a car in 2017.
Her agent, Phil Green, later received a $300,000 ransom email from The Black Death Group. This turned out to be a fictitious crime group created by Ayling's kidnapper Herba, who also penned the email under the pseudonym 'MD'.
The series explores her fight for freedom, the investigation into the abduction, and the public and media scepticism surrounding aspects of her kidnapping and its authenticity.
Nadia Parkes portrays Chloe Ayling, Julian Swiezewski plays MD/ukasz Herba, Adrian Edmondson stars as Phil Green, Nigel Lindsay as PR expert Adrian Sington, Olive Gray as Amber, Eleonora Romandini as Nicoletta, Chiara Baccelliere and Jaroslaw Ciepichal as Micha Herba.
Many viewers are eager to dive into the new series, but how many episodes will there be?
The Mirror reports the new dramatisation consists of six episodes, with each episode lasting between 27 and 29 minutes.
All episodes of Kidnapped: The Chloe Ayling Story will be available on BBC iPlayer from 6am on Wednesday, August 14, with episodes airing on BBC Three from 9pm that evening.
The drama, which has been developed with Chloe Ayling's full cooperation and draws from a wealth of sources including official legal documents, interviews, extensive research, and her own book 'Kidnapped', is set to delve into the harrowing experience she endured as well as the subsequent media frenzy that surrounded her case.
