The Chase: Contestant Daisy shares what she would do with winnings
The Chase viewers were taken aback by a contestant’s “annoying” habit and took to social media to share their reactions.
On Tuesday, Bradley Walsh returned to screens with his long-running game show and welcomed four confident players to compete against each other and take on The Chaser.
Among the players was Daisy who joined the presenter in hopes of taking home the mammoth cash prize.
Before facing Shaun ' The Dark Destroyer' Wallace, the 25-year-old opened up about her time away from work and how she would spend her potential winnings.
After discussing her career, she stated: “I spend a lot of time with my dog, I have a sausage dog called Pizza, he’s very cute.
After Bradley laughed at her pet’s name, Daisy continued: “Me, Pizza and my boyfriend Charlie we go out a lot in Manchester, to a lot of dog-friendly places.”
When asked about how she would spend the prize money, she added: “I would love to go skiing in Canada with my boyfriend, Charlie.”
Although many looked forward to seeing her take on the Dark Destroyer, others were left distracted by the multiple references to her boyfriend and took X to complain.
This included @MrSamuelDalton who penned: “I’m guessing her boyfriend is called Charlie..?”
