Good Morning Britain star Laura Tobin left ITV viewers all saying the same thing as she shared her weather forecast on Tuesday July 16.
That was in spite of her being the bearer of bad news about the unusually cold summer. Brits received a month's worth of rain in just the first week of July in some parts and temperatures plummeted as the heavens opened.
However, as she discussed issues with the jet stream, viewers consoled themselves as her baby blue outfit helped them do some blue sky thinking. " Laura a blue beauty!" one fan gushed, while another chimed in: "Looking beautiful in that dress today."
"We are halfway through the meterological summer and it has been a cool one so far - but why?" she asked, sympathising with viewers who were becoming tired of reaching for their umbrellas. "It is down to the jet stream. The jet stream divides the cool air to the north and the warm air to the south and at the moment the jet stream is to the south of us, so we're on the cold side of things."
Continuing to break the bad news, she explained: "When the jet stream is overhead, that is when things turn wetter." Later this week, particularly in the south and south-east of England, temperatures are set to rise".

However, Laura warned that there could be more brutal bouts of unseasonable summer rain to come first.
Eastern Scotland, northern England and the Midlands are all still set for further downpours.
Yet Laura has promised "a different story further south" with temperatures "a little higher than average" as Brits head towards the weekend.
Viewers praised her beautiful appearance, but some demanded to know what was going on as they lamented the unusually chilly July so far.

"Okay please explain the real reason the weather is so poor for summer and don’t use climate change, the real reason please," one viewer begged. (sic)
"Laura, why, over the last 18 months have we gone from a reasonably accurate weather forecast to what looks like a wish list for climate change activists?" asked another.
"Could we get back to weather forecasts and have a separate slot for CC propaganda?"
Another joked: "Isn't it the hottest July on record?"
