Monday's episode of Loose Women was unexpectedly dramatic when Linda Robson had to leap into action as her co-host Kelle Bryan started choking on water live on air, halting the show's discussion.
While sharing a light-hearted moment about the trials of 'menopause boobs', Linda had everyone laughing with her quip: "If I run upstairs and run downstairs, I get chaffing under them."
However, the joke took a serious turn when Kelle, who was sipping water, began to choke.
The situation escalated quickly as Kelle stood up, coughing persistently, prompting Linda to interrupt her own story to check on her, asking, "Are you alright?"
With no immediate response from Kelle, Linda didn't hesitate to mimic performing the Heimlich manoeuvre.
Later in the programme, the panel, which also featured Coleen Nolan and Charlene White, were joined by the legendary Bonnie Tyler as their esteemed guest.
This incident followed a candid revelation from Linda about an infuriating encounter where someone insulted her Birds of a Feather colleague Pauline Quirke.
Linda, 66, outspokenly remarked on air that she would "lose her job" if she disclosed her reaction to the offensive comment.
Despite persistent rumours of a rift, Linda shared this anecdote from a time they were having breakfast together at a restaurant.

Linda Robson left the Loose Women panel in shock when she recounted a crass remark made towards her and actress Pauline Quirke during lunch.
She revealed to the panel: "There's no excuse for terrible behaviour. I remember once I was out having lunch with Pauline Quirke and there was a big fry-up breakfast in front of us."
A horrid jibe followed when "This woman comes marching over and goes: 'You should eat that you'll end up looking like her."
Linda, appalled by the incident, added: "It's terrible. I won't tell you what I said because I'll lose my job, but I wasn't happy."
The Loose Women co-hosts were taken aback by the story, with Coleen Nolan visibly dismayed, and it raised eyebrows among viewers, too. One tweeted: "Linda Robson is the friend that you could do without!! I am sure Pauline Quirke loves hearing that story!"
Robson and Quirke, known for their roles in the 80s and 90s hit sitcom Birds of a Feather, which aired on both the BBC and ITV and later saw revival from 2014 to 2017 and subsequent Christmas specials, are well-known celebs.
