In a recent plot twist outside of soapland, an EastEnders star mistakenly gave away Christmas spoilers to a lucky commuter.
An actress – who was not named – accidentally left her top-secret festive script on a Thameslink train near the BBC studios where the soap is filmed.
The documents were marked as classified, and they revealed details about a major storyline set to unfold over the holiday season, and even reveals there is a dramatic Christmas death.
They were found at the Elstree & Borehamwood station by a commuter on his way to work.
Although he didn’t realise the significance of his find, the commuter shared the scripts with his wife, who is a die-hard EastEnders fan.
