Ant & Dec confirm their return to Byker Grove
Popular 90s TV show Byker Grove is set to make a return to telly after 18 years off screens, and Ant and Dec recently revealed some new updates on how production is going.
Byker Grove, which originally aired on the BBC, depicted the lives of fictional teens at a Newcastle youth centre.
Sadly the show was canned in 2006, but now there is a reboot called Byker on the way.
Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly originally starred on the series as characters PJ and Duncan before shooting to fame as a presenting duo.
They have have had a big hand in the drama's revival, and were interviewed by RadioTimes about recent developments on set.

Dec revealed that he and Ant are still in the story development stage at the moment, admitting that although they have a lot of experience with working on TV shows now, this project is very different from what they're used to.
He told RadioTimes: "We're still in the process, we didn't realise how long a process it is to do a drama because we're so used to live telly.
"We're still in development, story development, and the characters."
Dec added that they are currently diving into questions about which original characters might return and where their lives might have taken them.

Then the conversation turned to something fans have been very curious about - whether or not the duo are planning any on-screen cameos.
Ant made it clear that they won’t be inserting themselves into the storyline, but he left the door open for a potential appearance from PJ and Duncan later down the line.
"If the writers think we're fit and able, then maybe they will," he teased.
Since the reboot was announced in 2023, anticipation has grown among some of the original cast members.
Lyndyann Barrass, who played the memorable Kirsty 'Spuggy' Campbell, has said she’d jump at the chance to reprise her role.
Dec has admitted he and Ant are feeling the pressure of catering to enthusiastic fans after seeing how excited audiences are for the Byker reboot.
He added: "It's not just our show, it's everybody's show. Everybody's invested in it and everybody watched it."
