Paris Has Fallen official trailer
Paris Has Fallen has almost landed on Prime Video, a thrilling spin-off drama set in the world of the Has Fallen movies.
The franchise, which began in 2013 with Gerard Butler's portrayal of Secret Service agent Mike Banning in Olympus Has Fallen, has since spawned two more films and a fourth is on the horizon.
However, before that, fans can look forward to the spin-off series Paris Has Fallen, with Butler himself serving as an executive producer.
Paris Has Fallen release date
Paris Has Fallen is set to premiere all eight episodes on Friday, November 1, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video UK.
While Hulu has secured the rights to air the series in the US, a release date for this region is yet to be confirmed.
Paris Has Fallen cast
The cast of Paris Has Fallen will be led by Spiral star Tewfik Jallab and The Umbrella Academy's Ritu Arya.
Jallab will take on the role of French security officer Vincent Taleb, while Arya will portray British MI6 operative Zara Taylor.
They'll be joined by Sean Harris, known for his roles in Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation and The Stranger, who will play terrorist leader Jacob Pearce.
Additionally, Marie Antoinette actor Nathan Willcocks will depict French Minister Philippe Bardin, alongside other cast members including Camille Rutherford, Emmanuelle Bercot and Ana Ularu.
Paris Has Fallen plot
French security officer Vincent, portrayed by Tewfik Jallab, is assigned to safeguard the French Defence Minister Philippe Bardin, played by Nathan Willcocks, during a soiree at the British Embassy.
However, when a terrorist group violently seizes control of the embassy, it falls on Vincent's shoulders to ensure the minister's safe escape.
In order to protect him at any cost, Vincent joins forces with MI6 agent Zara, played by Ritu Arya, as they soon discover that there are more perilous schemes in the pipeline.
Paris Has Fallen premieres on Friday, November 1, on Amazon Prime Video.
