Former Gogglebox stars The Baggs family sent fans wild after they revealed the fifth member of the clan who "wasn't allowed" on the show.

Terry and Lisa Baggs, along with offspring Joe and George, became household names during their time on our screens from 2020 until their departure in 2022.

Since bidding adieu to the Channel 4 programme, the beloved brothers have embarked on several new ventures including a podcast titled Not My Bagg as well as diving into the world of TikTok.

Taking to social media, the family revealed there was actually another brother in the Baggs family who never featured on the commentary show, reports Birmingham Live.

The family kept Danny Bayley, Lisa's 34-year-old son from a previous relationship, out of the limelight until a cheery Christmas TikTok showed him joining his half-brothers for a dance.

Brothers Joe and George start dancing before Danny pops into view as they boogied along to the festive music. They captioned the cheeky clip: "When the secret brother who wasn't allowed on Gogglebox comes over for Christmas."

Always one for a quip, Joe commented: "Danny really stole the show with this one," and Lisa chimed in with affectionate remarks such as "My babies" and "My secret son".

Joe once opened up about why his family left Gogglebox during an appearance on The Useless Hotline podcast. The internet sensation revealed that while cherishing every moment on the show, the Baggs had other aspirations they couldn't pursue whilst being a part of the programme.

He explained: "We decided that there were things we wanted to do that we couldn't do while we were on the show. There is a reason why there's not many young people on there."

Despite leaving the beloved couch, Joe made it clear that the experience was second to none, branding their Gogglebox stint as an "opportunity of a lifetime."

It comes after former Gogglebox star Marina Wingrove - who appeared on the reality show from 2016 to 2021 - announced she had called time on her charity fundraising activities after almost two decades.

Over 17 years, she raised more than £41,000 for charities including Macmillan, Great Western Air Ambulance Chairty and Children's Hospice South West.

The 89-year-old's dedication to good causes was honoured with a special event at the St Monica Trust Retirement Village in Bristol, where she lives. Marina appeared on the show with her best friend and fellow St Monica resident Mary Cook until she died in 2021.

Gogglebox airs on Fridays from 9pm on Channel 4 or catch up on All 4.
