EastEnders' Teddy Mitchell hiding from mystery person - but fans 'know' their identity

Teddy Mitchell (played by Roland Manookian) arrived in Walford back in June with his sons Barney and Harry, and has since been shrouded in mystery. However, EastEnders is set to reveal a significant clue about Teddy's history before he came to the Square.

After snapping up 1 Albert Square from notorious killer Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith), Teddy excitedly informs his half-brother Billy Mitchell (played by Perry Fenwick) and Honey (Emma Barton) of his purchase.

The couple is then expected to divulge the grim past of the house, where Gray had murdered his wife Chantelle and Tina Carter. Unfazed by the macabre history, the carefree Teddy is more interested in winning over the locals.

He decides to host a housewarming bash in hopes of getting on the good side of his new neighbours. Teddy's efforts seem to pay off as he charms Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) and former occupant Chelsea (Zaraah Abrahams) into attending his party.

But the gathering takes an unforeseen twist when Teddy announces a last-minute condition he included in the purchase agreement for Gray's property, stunning Chelsea, reports MyLondon.

The party rolls on, but it's interrupted when Harry (Elijah Holloway) brings disconcerting news to Teddy, warning him that "You know who" has been poking around their old haunt, trying to track down their new whereabouts.

EastEnders aficionados have been sent into a speculative frenzy as the soap hints at a mysterious figure searching for Teddy and his offspring, with a whirlwind of fan theories pointing to Chrissie Watts as his potential ex.

Tracy-Ann Oberman's iconic character, Chrissie, after nearly two decades away, is confirmed to make a stunning return to Albert Square.

Known for her blunt demeanor, Chrissie became an iconic part of the BBC One drama during her stint from 2004 until her dramatic exit in 2005, dramatically affecting Sharon Watts (played by Letitia Dean).

Chrissie waved goodbye to EastEnders when she was jailed for the murder of Den Watts in 2005. Yet, in a twist befitting soap royalty, 19 years on, she's poised to storm back into Walford for a fleeting visit later this year.
