Mack and Aaron laugh after John's van is found in lake
Emmerdale fans are convinced they've spotted a huge clue which hints exactly who Aidan Moore could be after newcomer John Sugden was spotted carrying a dog tag with the name engraved on it.
John recently arrived in the village after meeting Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) on a dating app and sleeping together in the back of his camper van. In a twist of fate, John later connected with his long-lost sister, Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins), while at his mum's funeral.
Cain later offered John a job on the farm and demanded his brother-in-law Mack fixed his van after his prank. But as John and Victoria spoke in the barn, she handed over a tin containing some of his personal belongings.

When John opened it up, he picked up an Army tag with the name Aiden Moore engraved on it, as he refused to let Victoria look at it. Taking to X, formery known as Twitter, Emmerdale fans speculated on who Aiden Moore is suggesting he is John's ex-partner and they were both in the Army. But did John kill him?
One viewer wrote: "Ex or dead bf? Interesting…" While a second chimed in with: "Back with #Emmerdale tweets tomorrow. Who’s Aidan Moore? John ex lover or has he killed Aidan and taken the dog tag?"
A third said: "One of four things Aiden Moore could be in my opinion. His Ex. His wonderfully kind stepdad & it’s why he has no interest in the Sugden’s cause he had a guy that stepped up. His abusive stepdad & he is mad daddy dreariest left them in that position. His real name #Emmerdale."

However, One Reddit user penned: "A bit of Emmerdale knowledge for you from the wiki. We have heard the surname Moore in the village before with a Karen Moore appearing back in 1984 until 1986, and this is how her time in the village was.
"Karen Moore was an auctioneer's assistant at Hotten Market who had an affair with Jack Sugden and later became romantically involved with Jack's brother, Joe.
"Jack's wife Pat forgave Jack but always saw Karen as a threat to their marriage. In August 1986, Karen left Beckindale for good. So it looks like the Emmerdale storyliners have really been digging into the archives for some back story for John."
