Clarkson's Farm returns in season three trailer from Prime Video

Farmer Kaleb Cooper has been showing Jeremy Clarkson, 64, how to run Diddly Squat Farm, in Oxfordshire, for several years. While the pair often clash and use colourful language at one another, Jeremy's clearly grateful to have Kaleb's invaluable support.

However, Kaleb ends up falling too ill to work during episode two of Clarkson's Farm series three, so he's forced to call for backup.

The former Top Gear host enlists the help of his girlfriend Lisa Hogan to drive farm machinery alongside him to create fields for pigs which are set to arrive at the farm "in a matter of days".

Jeremy purchased the pigs against the advice of land agent Charlie Ireland, with Jeremy saying: "This will be a lot of work and I really need some expert help."

Lisa met up with Jeremy by some outbuildings and he explained: "Kaleb is ill! First of all, when you think of farming you go to work, the end."

A more understanding Lisa replied: "But he has a really bad cold, doesn't he?"

Jeremy exclaimed: "It's a cold!" To which Lisa insisted: "It's horrible."

A frustrated Jeremy branded Kaleb a "fetus" and asked Lisa to control a huge piece of machinery which could carry fencing.

Lisa and Jeremy had to work through severe wind and rain to install all the pigsties and put up fences around fields for the livestock.

Jeremy had purchased Shandy and Blacks from a forest a stone's throw away from his farm and clearly could not wait for the pigs to arrive.

Later on in the episode, Kaleb returned to the farm once the work had been completed and he'd recovered from his illness, but he erupted at Jeremy for his installation work.

Kaleb fumed: "The last time I saw this field it was a lovely potato field. Firstly, hear me out... Who the f**k did the fencing?"

Jeremy explained he and Lisa put the fencing up during a rainstorm during the night but Kaleb was not pleased.

"Look at it," Kaleb raged. "Firstly, you haven't even got all the posts the same height. And there is a road there... Everyone's going to see it. It looks s**t."

Jeremy was scolded for not using a string line to make sure the fences were straight, and Lisa admitted it was a "rushed job".

Kaleb was soon left horrified as Jeremy didn't realise there might be 50 little piglets "running around at the same time".

Season three of Clarkson's Farm lands on Prime Video on May 3.
