This Morning shake-up as presenter confirms break from ITV show
Craig Doyle will be notably absent from This Morning next week.
Josie Gibson is set to return to the ITV daytime favourite on Monday (August 12), partnering up with Rylan Clark as co-hosts while Craig jets off to Paris for Olympics coverage.
The upcoming changes in hosting were announced during Wednesday's (August 7) episode, shortly before Craig and Josie addressed the viewers regarding the shuffle of presenters.
In a lighter moment, Craig hammed it up by feigning heartbreak over the situation and was consoled by a playful Josielater the two made their way to the neighbouring Loose Women studio during the handoff.
It had been previously announced that Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard would be taking a summer break from This Morning, expected back on screens September 2, reports the Daily Star.

Sian Welby, Rochelle Humes and Joel Dommett are also set to host This Morning over the next few weeks before Cat and Ben return next month.
