– Fightful Select has an update on some injured AEW wrestlers, including some who are expected to be returning to the ring soon. As previously reported, AEW recently teased the return of former TBS Champion Julia Hart with a new vignette that aired last Saturday on Collision. Former AEW World Champion Kenny Omega is also said to be nearing his television return.
Fightful Select reports that AEW and ROH wrestler Cole Karter is nearly ready to return. The wrestler has been out of action since early June due to a broken arm that required surgery. Karter is said to have been cleared or very close to being cleared for his in-ring return.
As previously reported, Willow Nightingale has been out of action after she suffered a concussion last month. Fightful reports that Nightingale’s injury delayed some tentative creative plans that were in the works.
Skye Blue has another talent who has been out of action for a while after she suffered an ankle injury that required surgery earlier in the summer. According to Fightful’s report, it will be a while before she’s ready to make her return. However, she has recently gotten back to doing autograph signings and appearances.
