Jack Spencer, 18, claims Ozark Amateur in tournament dominated by younger players

Jul. 15—Youth ruled the Ozark Amateur on Sunday at Schifferdecker Golf Course. The tournament was won by 18-year-old Jack Spencer of Carl Junction. Spencer shot a with a 6-under 136 (67-69).
