The Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) has partnered with Tencent to unveil the “Double Celebrations in Macao” campaign, running from Sept. 26 to Dec. 31. This initiative offers electronic coupons and free dining orders via the WeChat Pay platform to encourage mainland tourists to spend locally. Tourists can earn up to RMB75 in coupons when spending at local merchants, excluding major resorts. The campaign seeks to enhance the local economy by promoting small and medium-sized enterprises whilst also showcasing Macau as a vibrant tourist destination. Participants can only redeem each offer once during the promotional period.
