Strictly Come Dancing fans think they may have rumbled the first contestant for the 2025 series after a Christmas special winner dropped a huge hint.
Strictly's 2024 Christmas special was won by RuPaul’s Drag Race star Tayce and professional dancer, Kai Widdrington.
The dynamic duo clinched the star-shaped trophy after dazzling the judges and audience alike with a flawless Cha Cha to Kylie and Dannii Minogue's 100 Degrees.
They scored a perfect score of 40 and their victory was sealed by combining these top marks with the studio audience's votes.
Tayce, 30, and Kai, 29, appeared on Loose Women on Friday to discuss their win, admitting that taking part in the BBC show was a bucket list moment.

Host Coleen Nolan asked whether Tayce would like to do the main show, and she replied: ”Oh, never say never baby! Yes! You never know. I might be there. I might not be. Who’s to know, who’s to say?”
On Christmas day, fans erupted with joy at Tayce's win, with many advocating for the 30-year-old sensation to join the main series in 2025.
One fan took to Twitter, gushing: "This is the absolutely perfect partnership for the #strictly christmas special and can we all agree that we need Tayce on the main series next year it would be so perfect. This Cha Cha was so brilliant to watch and love the partnership with Kai."
Another fan shared similar sentiments: "One of my favourite Drag Race contestants of all time, @its_tayce is a born entertainer. Both beautiful and hilarious, she was the absolute highlight of the #Strictly Christmas special for me."
A third supporter made a heartfelt plea: "Please can we have Tayce on #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing 2025!"
And a fourth said: “This BETTER lead to her competing on the full series next year, because we have been so overdue a Drag Race UK queen on Strictly and Tayce deserves this.”
If Tayce did join the main show later this year, she would be following in the footsteps of 2024 contestant, Jamie Borthwick.
The EastEnders star won the 2023 Christmas special with Nancy Xu and then competed on the main show with Michelle Tsiakkas. They made it to Week 10 before being eliminated.
