James Martin became visibly emotional on his weekend cookery show on Saturday as he celebrated 300 episodes of the programme airing on ITV.
The celebrity chef, 52,has been hosting James Martin's Saturday Morning since 2017 and the popular programme sees him recommending top recipes which he cooks with a series of celeb guests.
During today's (December 21) episode, which was a repeat from 2023, James returned to our TV screens for a festive special alongside a number of celebrity guests, including TV presenter Fern Britton and EastEnders star Adam Woodyatt, as well as chefs Richard Corrigan and Daniel Clifford as they celebrated his milestone.
However things took an emotional turn as Fern surprised the star with custom cupcakes that had his face on them.
As the TV presenter walked onto set with the sweet treat, James was emotional as he was given a massive cheer from everyone and Fern said: “Congratulations on 300 shows.”
