Kelly Brook confesses husband was left 'mortified' after Daniel Craig incident

Kelly Brook has opened-up about her husband getting recognised in the street after appearing on Celebrity Race Across the World.

The 45-year-old married Jeremy Parisi in 2022 after dating for seven years. The loved-up couple appeared on the BBC reality show earlier this year making Jeremy a familiar face with reality TV fans.

Appearing on Love Your Weekend on Sunday (December 15), proud wife Kelly told presenter Alan Titchmarsh that Jeremy once received more attention than James Bond star Daniel Craig following his stint on Race Across the World.

Speaking about Jeremy's rise to fame and being recognised by the public, Kelly explained: "Now I'm the invisible one and everyone is making a beeline for Jeremy. I can hear people saying 'there's Jeremy, there's Jeremy from Race Across the World', they will just scream out the windows."

She added: "There was a cab driver that shouted 'Jeremy I thought you should have won' and I looked around and Daniel Craig was standing next to him, he was just on a mobile phone.

"Everyone was just ignoring Daniel Craig and everyone was screaming at Jeremy, and running up to Jeremy. He was just on the high street randomly walking."

She added: "You were getting more attention than Daniel Craig, I said 'that's it, full blown celebrity now, he's mortified'."

Alan chimed in: "That's a good one here, who needs James Bond", as they all broke out into laughter before Kelly added: "So funny."

Kelly and Jeremy finished in fourth place on the BBC One series Celebrity Race Across the World which saw them travel from the Amazon to the Andes.

Despite Jeremy's carefully-planned route and tight budget, the couple were put in last place of the competition thanks to a last-minute bus breakdown.

Scott Mills and Sam Vaughan were the show's unexpected winners leaving Kelly and Jeremy devastated.
