Strictly: Vito and Sarah receive feedback from Craig Revel Horwood

Fans of Strictly Come Dancing were in tears of joy after finding an old video featuring beloved judge Craig Revel Horwood conducting a dance workout online.

The 59-year-old television star has been a staple on Strictly since its debut in 2004 and boasts a stellar background as a dancer and choreographer for West End productions.

Viewers discovered a delightful new facet of Craig when they stumbled upon a heartwarming 2012 video in which he busts some moves for Boogie For Your Bones, part of a National Osteoporosis Society initiative showcasing his commitment to raising osteoporosis awareness.

In the clip, Craig energetically leads a routine aimed at enhancing bone health and shares his message with a twinkle in his eye: "Everyone can take simple steps to build up their bones. Dance is a fantastic form of exercise because it's exciting and appeals to people of all ages and abilities. Dance your way to stronger bones!"

In the video, he shines performing a variety of lively dances such as the spirited Salsa and energetic Charleston, as well as engaging 'sugar baby' and whimsical 'skeletal' moves.

A video showing Craig's dance moves has left fans utterly gobsmacked on social media, especially on Reddit where the clip was shared with the caption: "I was searching YouTube for videos of the judges dancing, and came across this video of Craig. I have no words for it."

The comment section overflowed with reactions; one fan said, "I'm in tears. What is this?"

Praise followed with comments such as: "Thank you for gracing us with this video. Brilliant," reports the Mirror.

Another fan added: "Brilliant, hilarious and with a great message: dance, however, you do it is extremely good for you as well as being fun. So use it or lose it " while a bewildered spectator wondered about mastering the dance routine, eliciting a witty retort from another: "I'd need medical assistance in the first two minutes," paired with an amused emoji.

Notwithstanding his stirring footwork, Craig, who is currently adjudicating his 22nd series of Strictly clutched the public's attention earlier in the year when he revealed a fresh look.

Sporting a new beard in this year's inaugural episode, he threw fans into a tizzy, prompting a stream of social media commentary.

Admiring remarks included: "Craig with a new look this year. I'm liking the beard on him," along with: "Loving Craig with a beard! He reminds me of a top Hollywood star. Very professional!"

The renowned Strictly judge is engaged to Jonathan Myring; the couple announced their engagement in April 2020 following a romantic getaway to Tasmania. Currently, they live in King's Cliffe after previously opening up their lavish Hampshire manor to OK! magazine for an exclusive tour.

During the visit, Craig gave them a guided tour, commenting: "It's all very theatrical," and shared that such an environment makes him feel completely at ease.
