Gregg Wallace made the revelation that he'd stepped away from MasterChef this week while an investigation is carried out into 13 people's claims about his conduct.
However, he's now been quietly removed from Greg James' Radio 1 Breakfast Show too. Typically, the morning entertainment would have been kicked off by a soundbite from Gregg, who'd tell the nation: "Fire 'em up, let's go!" at the start of each show.
This morning, however, he was replaced by a clip of Daniel Craig on American sketch show Saturday Night Live. The legendary actor merely says: "Ladies and gentlemen, the weekend!"
Gregg has also been dropped from an autism charity, Ambitious About Autism, of which he'd become an ambassador after learning that his son Sid, now four, had been diagnosed with the condition. According to The Sun, a statement from the organisation has confirmed: "In light of recent allegations, we are no longer working with Gregg Wallace.
"We have let him know our decision and thanked him for his support of our work over the last two years." Yet that's just the tip of the iceberg, after 13 people complained about his conduct across numerous shows over a 17-year period.

The allegations, which Gregg denies, have led to him taking a step back from co-hosting Masterchef, pausing his involvement after almost 20 years on the BBC show.
Its production company Banijay UK said no allegations had been raised directly with it, but that it would be conducting an "external review" to "impartially investigate" the claims.
The company clarified: "While this review is under way, Gregg Wallace will be stepping away from his role on MasterChef and is committed to fully cooperating throughout the process."
Rod Stewart is currently one of the most high-profile critics of the TV host, having taken to social media to none too subtly slam him.

"So Gregg Wallace gets fired from MasterChef. Good riddance Wallace. You humiliated my wife when she was on the show, but you had that bit cut out didn't you?" he raged in his post.
"You're a tubby, bald-headed, ill-mannered bully. Karma got ya."
Celebrity Masterchef 2011 contestant Kirsty Wark is another of those who spoke out, having told Newsnight that he'd used "sexualised language" and inappropriate jokes which had made others "uncomfortable".
According to leading bookies Coral, Saturday Kitchen star James Martin is the most likely replacement for Gregg, with odds of 2-1.
