Rebekah Vardy has fired back at Ant and Dec after their brutal dig on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!The 42-year-old WAG responded to the duo’s harsh remark as the ITV show returned to the screens on Sunday, November 17.
The popular TV hosts didn’t hold back as they poked fun at the legal battle between Vardy and Coleen Rooney, who is married to footballer Wayne Rooney and is also appearing on the show this year.
As the show kicked off on Sunday, Dec quipped: “It will be nice for her to face a trial that doesn’t involve Rebekah Vardy,” referencing the infamous feud between the two women.
Vardy, who was ordered to cover Coleen's legal costs after losing their high-profile libel case in 2022, quickly responded in her Sun column.
She said: “So apart from lame jokes from Ant and Dec, who’ve also had their share of scandals in the past—easy tigers—who writes their scripts anyway? It’s been a fantastic episode.”

Rebekah is no stranger to the screens having been a contestant on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! in 2017 as well as appearing on Dancing on Ice in 2021.
Among this year's contestants are N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos, Coronation Street actor Alan Halsall, and Strictly Come Dancing pro Oti Mabuse.
Others include McFly singer Danny Jones, boxer Barry McGuigan and Coleen Rooney, who is the show's highest-paid star in its history.
In her piece, Vardy couldn’t help but rave about the I’m A Celebrity opening episode, calling it the best one yet.
“But what an amazing opening episode. I have to say, I think it's the best one so far. So what did we have? We had disgusting cocktails. We had cockroaches, skydiving, kangaroo anus for dinner, blind Barry, and an amazing trouser snake.”
She then quipped: “And I almost forgot to mention, Coleen sank in the river twice. It's the gift that keeps on giving.”
The TV star then went on to share her thoughts on the camp dynamics, saying: "So no real buddies in the camp yet, considering we're only on day one. But, I have to say, there are some great characters so far."
