GMB: Guest argue over William and Harry potentially reconciling
Good Morning Britain's Laura Tobin was quick to assert her innocence as she said "It's not my fault" after Ed Balls mentioned the recent clock change incident.
During Monday's (October 28) episode of ITV's popular breakfast programme, Ed Balls and Charlotte Hawkins were at the helm, delivering the day's top stories.
Weather expert Laura Tobin joined them for her usual update, but before she could delve into the forecast, the conversation took an awkward detour.
The topic shifted to the clocks going back in the UK on Sunday morning, signalling the end of British Summer Time and the shift back to Greenwich Mean Time. This change brings an extra hour of daylight in the mornings but also means darker evenings an hour earlier.
Charlotte kicked off the discussion, remarking: "The clocks went back yesterday and what a glorious day.", reports the Mirror.

But things didn't look too bright for Ed as he confessed, flustered: "It didn't change in my room, it said 7am and I was late. I was an hour late but that's ok."
"Oh no. Don't say that," responded Charlotte. Laura quickly intervened, stating: "Loads of people have been complaining about the clocks changing but it's not my fault the clocks have changed by the way but people think it is."
She continued: "But the glorious day of sunshine yesterday then the clocks changed, which means dark evenings." Ed chuckled as he confessed, "I love the weekends when the clocks go back because it means Christmas is coming."
His co-host Charlotte was caught off-guard, responding with: "Oh I'm not sure people enjoy it for that reason."

Undeterred, Ed elaborated, "Clocks go back and we are heading into November. Christmas is coming soon. I remember as a child the most exciting weekend was when the clocks go back because it means an extra hour in bed and Christmas is coming."
This sent Charlotte into a fit of giggles as she quipped, "We are on the way. I just think it was nice yesterday because it felt later when you look at the clock and realise that you've got an extra hour."
At home, viewers were delighted to see the dynamic duo of Ed and Charlotte team up again, flooding X, previously known as Twitter, with their enthusiastic comments.
The remarks ran deep with viewer sentiment as one fan simply posted: "Best two." Another chimed in with: "Ed and Charlotte today." While yet another expressed: "Good to see Ed Balls today."
