ITV release 2024's I'm A Celebrity teaser trailer

Tommy Fury has reportedly pulled out of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! just weeks before the 2024 series begins in Australia.

The 25-year-old boxer, who recently split from Molly-Mae Hague, is believed to have been in discussions with ITV executives but has since received another profitable offer.

A television insider told The Sun: "Bosses are surprised Tommy has chosen to pull out of I'm A Celebrity at this late stage as it would have been a great opportunity for him too.

"Thankfully, the execs already had some great names waiting in the wings so they'll now be looking at which ones fit best into the line up already booked so they can deliver a truly great series.

"With only weeks to go, bosses have lined up one of the most exciting casts in the show's history." ITV and Tommy's representatives have been approached for a comment.

Fans won't have to wait much longer to see hosts Ant McPartin and Dec Donnelly back on their TV screens as they introduce a new batch of celebrities to the toughest reality show.

ITV tantalised viewers with the latest on-screen preview on Thursday (October 24), revealing that the eagerly awaited new season will premiere on Sunday, November 17, accessible on ITV1 and ITVX.

This season, presenters Ant and Dec will be donning lab coats instead of their typical jungle attire, assuming the guise of eccentric scientists as they subject the notorious Bushtucker Trials to rigorous experimentation, reports OK!. Yet the question remains, Which infamous challenges will pass the test?

Word has it that Coleen Rooney has agreed to join the forthcoming series for a staggeringly high fee, purportedly making show history. Wayne Rooney's other half is apparently a great admirer of the programme, and producers are jubilant over her agreement to come on board.

Scottish football icon Ally McCoist appears to be nearing a deal after "advanced talks" with the show's executives, hoping to participate in the 2024 line-up. Having repeatedly declined offers in previous years, could 2024 become McCoist's time to shine?

Meanwhile, fresh from clinching his fifth Olympic medal at the Paris 2024 Olympics, Tom Daley has bid adieu to diving following the competition, and word on the street is that ITV bigwigs are eager to have him on their 2024 roster.

There's also buzz surrounding N-Dubz sensation Tulisa, who is reportedly "in talks" about joining the ensemble in a move that could reboot her television career.

After his departure from Strictly Come Dancing, it's reported that executives are eager to secure Giovanni Pernice for the 2024 series, with Mail Online indicating they're prepared to fork out £100,000 for his participation.

In other news, Loose Women's Jane Moore is reportedly set to venture into the Australian jungle following her separation from her spouse of two decades, Gary Farrow.
