Adam Thomas was the actor behind Moira's son Adam on the show for nearly a decade until his departure in 2018, reports Leeds Live.
In his concluding narrative arc, Adam attempted to protect his mother by taking the blame for Emma Barton's (Gillian Kearney) murder. He ultimately fled on his sentencing day, abandoning his past life to become a fugitive.
During a candid chat with Metro.co.uk, Thomas confessed his uncertainty regarding his character's fate post-exit.
"I can't remember where he went to. I think he went to France? He was on the run," he endeavoured to recollect.
He remarked: "It was such a big part of my life and being able to work with some of my close friends who I'm still in touch with today, that was such a fun job."
