Gavin and Stacey's Larry Lamb issued a cheeky on-air warning to his co-star Alison Steadman during Friday's appearance on This Morning.
While discussing her new memoir Out Of Character and the anticipated return of the smash-hit BBC show Gavin and Stacey for an exclusive Christmas special, Alison, 78, was in the hot seat on ITV's iconic morning programme.
Before delving into the interview with Alison, viewers were treated to a surprise clip from Larry, 77, who had appeared on Good Morning Britain the previous day, Thursday 10 October.
In the message, Larry quipped: "Hello sweetheart, here we are again in front of the camera, right? I'm on Good Morning Britain today on Thursday. You're on This Morning Friday."
He playfully cautioned: "You're going to get the same interrogation I'm getting I'm sure, everybody wants to know about Gavin and Stacey, what's gone on and we all know... sealed lips, alright? Have a lovely day!", reports Wales Online.
Recounting the emotional conclusion of filming, Alison shared: "It was, it was because we all love it so much! We had a great time being back together and that final wrap, I mean!"
When prompted whether she plans to watch the special on Christmas Day, Alison confirmed enthusiastically: "Yeah, I will!" However, regarding whether she has seen the episode herself, confessing: "No, we only finished it on Monday night! I think there's going to be a cast and crew screening, I think, but even so I can't watch it yet!"
Gavin and Stacey, the much-loved British sitcom, first graced our screens in 2007 and wrapped up in 2010, only to make a triumphant return with a Christmas special in 2019 that left fans overjoyed. Now, the excitement is palpable as it's announced the show will be back for another festive treat this December.
The series stars Mathew Horne as Gavin Shipman, Joanna Page as Stacey Shipman, James Corden as Neil "Smithy" Smith, Ruth Jones as Vanessa "Nessa" Jenkins, Larry as Michael "Mick" Shipman, and Alison as Pamela Andrea "Pam" Shipman.
