BBC Breakfast: Jon Kay asks Carol Kirkwood 'where are you?'
On Tuesday's instalment of BBC Breakfast, viewers saw Jon Kay call out weather presenter Carol Kirkwood after her forecast.
It looked as though BBC Breakfast star Jon Kay was less than impressed on Tuesday morning.
As Jon and his co-star Sally Nugent handed over to Carol Kirkwood, Jon highlighted the image she was standing in front of.
Fans saw the star with an image of a bright blue sky with sunshine peeking out behind a cloud behind her.
Carol replied: “Some of us will see some blue skies today, there’s some sunshine around. But, there’s also some showers.”

As she continued with the forecast, BBC viewers learnt there’s going to be heavy rain across parts of the UK along with gusts of wind and a drop in temperature.
Wrapping up the segment and speaking to Jon and Sally again, it was clear the presenter wasn’t thrilled with the forecast.
Sally replied: “Oh, it’s time for the big duvets Carol!”
Jon added: “That blue sky was a complete con at the beginning of the weather, wasn't it?”
Shaking her head, Carol shouted: “No! No, it wasn’t at all Jon, sunshine and showers. You know what it’s like with showers, we won’t all see them.”
As the trio continued to laugh, Jon joked they read the small print in the studio.
Carol was back on the show on Tuesday morning to bring viewers the weather after her co-star Matt Taylor filled in her usual spot on Monday.
It comes as the 62-year-old appeared to head back to Scotland on a trip to where she grew up.
The BBC star shared some snaps of her time on Twitter, including travelling on the Jacobite steam train.
Posting an image of the train, she wrote: "Such a treat travelling to Mallaig on The Jacobite steam train @westcoastrail. Never tire of this. Crossing the Glenfinnan Viaduct (appears in Harry Potter film) is special as my grandad helped build it many moons ago @WeAreTripsmiths xxx"
