Outlander season 7 part 2 trailer on STARZ
Sam Heughan, the dashing Jamie Fraser from the hit historical fantasy series Outlander, has delivered a heartwarming response to his on-screen partner Caitriona Balfe's emotional goodbye.
The revelation came as Caitriona, who portrays Claire Fraser, informed her followers that the Outlander cast had wrapped up shooting for the show's eighth season, which is expected to premiere in 2025 on Starz.
Celebrations were in order as the cast recently marked the milestone of completing 100 episodes, with the series drawing inspiration from Diana Gabaldon's novels bearing the same title.
While fans eagerly anticipate a bittersweet yet satisfying conclusion to the eighth season, their immediate excitement lies with the upcoming second half of season 7.

Words cannot express the gratitude owed to each and every hard-working cast and crew member who brought this incredible series to life and every single fan who supports it with passion, creativity, and dedication.
"Outlander really is more than just a show, it's a family, and while filming might be ending, there's so much more to this journey that's just beginning.
"Slainte! (PS: our eagle-eyed fans might notice some of the clapboards include what our cast members want to take from set. What would YOU steal?)" she added. (sic)
