Emma Willis has candidly spoken out about her husband, cheekily branding him a "bit of a d**k", before clarifying why this actually strengthens their bond.
In an open-hearted confession to Women's Health magazine, the television host shared her unique perspective on her marriage with Matt Willis, of Busted fame.
Emma, who has been happily married to Matt since 2008 and shares three children with him, divulged details about their dynamic, admitting that despite them functioning "well" as a couple, there is one compliment she finds less appealing.
Her words were: "He is a bit of a d**k in the best possible way, but so am I. So we kind of worked really well together - like not a bad d**k. Like, silly."
She further expressed her dislike for when Matt quips about "punching" above his weight in their relationship, commenting: "He says that a lot. It's so weird. I'm like, have you seen yourself in the mirror?"
The duo, now teaming up as hosts on the hit series Love Is Blind: UK, first crossed paths back in 2004. They were engaged after a proposal in Venice, and they reached their 16-year milestone this past July.
Their initial encounter occurred while Emma was hosting for MTV and Busted made a guest appearance, leading to a reconnection on Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway in 2004.
Despite enjoying much success, their journey hasn't been without challenges, notably Matt's frank discussions about past addiction struggles and its impact on their relationship.
Matt and Emma embarked on their romantic journey in 2005, but the Busted star had a cocaine problem that eventually led him to rehab after the band's split.

Emma remained steadfast, supporting Matt through his multiple stints in rehab over the ensuing years.
He sought help in 2008 before their nuptials and managed to stay clean for eight years.
The couple are now proud parents to three children, Isabelle, Ace, and Trixie. Fatherhood has been instrumental in helping Matt overcome his struggles; he also gave up alcohol following the birth of his daughter.
In a recent gesture of love, Matt got a large tattoo of his wife on his leg to celebrate their anniversary. However, according to the Mail, Emma wasn't exactly thrilled with her gift, as she didn't approve of the photo used as a reference.
