22 Kids & Counting teases what’s to come
In the upcoming episode of Channel 5's 22 Kids and Counting, Daniel Radford boldly confronts his fear of driving. Slated to air this Sunday (August 11), the programme spotlights the moment Sue and Noel Radford's 25-year-old son takes on his phobia to embrace a fresh start in Australia.
Ever since a harrowing car accident, Daniel has harboured an intense dread of sitting in the driver's seat. Despite the setback, the lure of a job opportunity in Australia prompted him to chase his licence a necessary step towards fulfilling his aspiration of relocating Down Under.
The revelation that his new position required him to drive came as a shock to Daniel, the fifth-born of the prolific Radford family. A newly released teaser trailer captures his determination to tackle his deepest fear head-on.
Noel's voice is overheard stating, "Daniel is afraid of driving" while a shot of Sue rifling through photos of an overturned car sends chills. The narrator describes the brush with danger as a "life-changing event".
Recounting the ordeal, Daniel reflects, "I couldn't get the seatbelt off. Definitely the scariest thing I've been through", reports Lancs Live.

Previously, he delved into the details of the frightful collision occurring during his time in Bristol. "I was working away in Bristol and I was going to pick some food up with my friend and I came to a junction and as I came left out of the junction," he recounted.
In a dramatic recount, the shaken man said: "I turn my head to the back of the car to speak to my friend and I've turned the wheel the other way and it's hit a curb. It flipped the car over and then I was just upside-down and I couldn't get out the car."
Continuing the harrowing tale, he explained: "My mate, he got out the car and then he realised I couldn't get out the car because I couldn't take my seatbelt off. The airbag went off and it bust my nose."
Fortunately, Daniel's friend managed to release his seatbelt, allowing him to escape the overturned vehicle which could have otherwise resulted in a perilous situation. Shortly after, emergency services arrived at the scene to find a car with shattered doors and windows, and its roof crushed inwards.
