BBC Breakfast suffers awkward blunder
Naga Munchetty was forced to halt BBC Breakfast on Friday after suffering a technical blunder. As the presenter introduced another segment, a picture failed to show up on the screen behind her.
She said: "In the last 24 hours, the BBC has been looking at some of the challenges facing the industry as part of a campaign called Farm Watch set up to inform and educate the public about what it is really like to be a farmer, take a look."
There was a long pause and Naga awkwardly looked toward her co-host Charlie Stayt before addressing the mishap.
"Well you could have had a look but we haven't got it, unfortunately," she admitted. "But what we can do is show you a feed in this moment in time..."
"Oh," the host laughed before realising another error had occurred. "Well, it is a frozen combine harvester. This is great."

"Oh no there it is, is it moving," Naga went on. "He is moving there. Is it a combine harvester or a tractor... you know what, if you want to know things like that, is what you do is you get a guest in who knows."
Turning to their guests in the studio, Charlie addressed the technical issues.
He said: "I suppose in a way what happened there is a bit like farming, isn't it? Things don't always go according to plan and you have to deal with things and cope in the moment."
BBC Breakfast also saw a change in presenters on Friday after Sarah Keith-Lucas replaced Carol Kirkwood.
Ahead of the programme, the meteorologist took to social media to share the latest weather forecast with her followers.
She penned: "Good morning and Happy Friday.
It’s a humid start for many with a fair bit of cloud, but skies will brighten with sunshine and blustery showers in the forecast today. Join me on @BBCBreakfast for more details." (sic)
