Emmerdale: Sam tells son Samson to run from the village
Emmerdale's Samson Dingle, played by Sam Hall, is set to face a harsh reality this week as his future in the village hangs in the balance. The teenager has found himself in legal trouble after befriending Josh Cope (Osian Morgan), and things are about to take a turn for the worse.
As fans of the ITV soap will knowm, Samson and Josh were involved in a robbery at The Hide while Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) was on duty, leading to a situation that quickly escalated. After an argument resulted in Samson being accidentally stabbed, he falsely accused Matty of attacking him, causing a rift within the Dingle family.
Matty spent a distressing time in prison before Samson confessed the truth, leading to Matty's release. However, Samson now has to face the consequences of his lies.
Upcoming scenes show Moira, Matty's mother, portrayed by Natalie J. Robb, making it clear she hasn't forgiven Samson despite his attempts to make amends.
But when Samson finally confronts bully Josh, his parents, Sam (James Hooton) and Lydia (Karen Blick), are horrified when things escalate and Samson assaults Josh.

Moira's reaction leaves her husband Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) questioning if she had a role in Samson's arrest, reports the Manchester Evening News.
Later in the week, Amelia Spencer (Daisy Campbell) anxiously awaits news of Samson's plea hearing at The Woolpack.
But Emmerdale fans have been abuzz with speculation that Samson Dingle might dodge prison by fleeing the village for urban prospects. A tense fan took to X, pondering: "#Emmerdale Samson is going to do a runner, right? ."
