From Software made a major splash at The Game Awards with Elden Right Nightreign, a standalone co-op survival game in the Elden Ring universe set to launch in 2025. Eager Tarnished looking to take on this new challenge won't have to wait long, however, as Bandai Namco and From Software have announced a network test for soon after the new year rings in.
The network test is slated for February 2025, though exact dates and times have not been announced. Interested players can sign up for the test and the platform of their choice--PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S--beginning January 10.
The test "is a preliminary verification test" where players will be provided a "portion" of the game, according to the Nightreign website. The number of players that will be chosen has not been disclosed, though the website also mentioned "large-scale network load tests."
