Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Is Back Down To $55 For A Limited Time

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is back down to its lowest-ever price of $55 at Best Buy right now. This discount cuts $20 off its normal $70 price tag. This is the lowest we've seen Final Fantasy VII Rebirth sell for since Amazon's Prime Day earlier in July, so if you missed out on the deal the first time around, you have a second chance. However, this is a limited-time deal, so go grab it while you can.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is the PS5-exclusive sequel to Final Fantasy VII Remake and continues the bold retelling of the beloved PS1 RPG with modernized touches and expanded content. "It's a superbly designed gameplay experience that instills a sense of freedom while also making exploration rewarding in a meaningful way," Tamoor Hussain wrote in GameSpot's Final Fantasy VII Rebirth review. "Refined gameplay that makes character synergy a focal point breathes new life into the slick and satisfying combat, and all the while it reinforces the underlying themes of the story. As a game that has the unenviable task of living up to one of the strongest legacies in the medium, it is a worthy second chapter."

More Square Enix Game Deals

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth isn't the only Square Enix RPG discounted at Best Buy. You can also check out Final Fantasy XVI at its lowest price yet of $30 (was $50). The entry in the mainline Final Fantasy series, FF16 is a return to the swords and sorcery roots of the franchise, featuring a dark fantasy story with gorgeous visuals and over-the-top boss fights. Meanwhile, those who want more Final Fantasy VII can grab Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion for $20 (was $30). This remake of the PSP prequel to Final Fantasy VII centers on Zack Fair, one of the most mysterious--and important--characters in the FF7 mythos, and absolutely worth playing alongside the rest of the main FF7 Remake trilogy.
