Coronation Street exit 'sealed' for Bethany Platt after 25 years with 'baby twist' plot
Coronation Street fans are speculating that Bethany Platt, played by Lucy Fallon, might exit the iconic Cobbles after discovering Daniel Osbourne has been unfaithful with Daisy Midgeley. ITV viewers are also bracing themselves for a potential bombshell, predicting that Daisy could be expecting Daniel's child, throwing Bethany's world into chaos.
In the latest visit to Weatherfield on Wednesday (December 11), a disenchanted Bethany called it quits with Daniel, citing her unhappiness. Seemingly resolute in her decision, she began to gather her things from Daniel's apartment.
A distraught Daniel (Rob Mallard) found solace at The Rovers, promptly confiding in Daisy about Bethany's abrupt departure. Seizing the moment, Daisy (Charlotte Jordan) rekindled her past romance with an impulsive kiss that escalated quickly.
An elated Daisy pressed Daniel to break the news to Bethany, convinced they were back together. However, her happiness was short-lived as she witnessed Daniel's immediate remorse over his actions.
