Absolutely Fabulous stars look ageless as they announce huge show comeback
Absolutely Fabulous stars Jennifer Saunders, Joanna Lumley, Julia Sawalha and Jane Horrocks have revealed they are reuniting for a one-off special about the hit show they once starred in. In an image that was released of the four reuniting, Jennifer, 65, Joanna, 78, Julia, 55, and Jane, 60, look ageless as they beam from ear to ear for the special photo.
The documentary will show viewers and loyal fans how the show was created as the four take a trip down memory lane to celebrate the much-loved sitcom. As well as the leading ladies, a whole host of Absolutely Fabulous stars and costume designers will make appearances, as well as famous faces and celebrity cameos.
Creator and writer Jennifer said: "I loved making Ab Fab, but I can't remember a great deal, so much of this retrospective is a revelation to me. Thank you Gold for this kind and helpful programme."
Joanna added: "It was a fabulous wander down memory lane by actresses who only have the faintest grip on reality. Really thrilling, and I hope vastly entertaining. I loved every second."

The first series aired in November 1992 on BBC Two, followed by a second series two years later, but this time it was moved to BBC One.

In 2016, the sitcom made it's big screen debut as Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie was released in cinemas, with the principal characters returning for the film.
It also featured a whole host of celebrity cameos, including Joan Collins, Rylan Clark, Alesha Dixon and Rebel Wilson, to name a few.
Ahead of the one-off special, fans have flocked to social media to share their excitement about the nostalgic episode.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one excited fan wrote: "The Absolutely Fabulous cast looks great. From when they started doing the show they haven’t hardly changed only slightly older."
Somebody else expressed: "One of my all-time favourite shows. I hope fans in the US will be able to see the special at some point, too!"
While a third added: "And may I say how Absolutely Fabulous they still look today! Bring It On! We need the laughs." (sic)
