B.C. man fights to have U.S. ban lifted after seized CBD oil tests negative for THC

Jonathan Houweling was hit with a lifetime ban from entering the U.S. after a border agent found an old bottle of CBD oil in his truck’s console 16 months ago. Last week, however, he received news that suggested the ban might be reversed.
