JetBlue unveils new amenities for Mint business class

JetBlue has unveiled an array of new amenities for passengers flying in its Mint (business class) cabins.

Available from today, the kits will be offered on domestic and international services – including on the carrier’s inaugural flight to Dublin on 13 March.

Passengers travelling with JetBlue on transatlantic flights will receive a charcoal-coloured sport mesh pouch which unfolds into a mint-coloured backpack. The reusable bag, designed by New York-based accessory company Caraa, can be used as a travel day pack, hotel gym bag or beach tote.

Those on domestic routes will get a pouch, which is available in four colours (sage, clay, sand and gunmetal).

Both bags will also contain skincare products from New York-based brand Dr Dennis Gross, including Hyaluronic Marine Oil-Free Moisture Cushion, the Hydrate + Smooth Hand Treatment, Ultra Gentle Daily Peel treatments, and Moisture-Lock Lip Balm.

Additionally, the kits will include a sculpted Moso bamboo toothbrush, mint gel toothpaste and mouthwash from New York-based brand Plus Ultra. The new products will join the existing sleep amenities from mattress company Tuft & Needle.

JetBlue’s transatlantic routes are served by the carrier’s A321 neo aircraft, configured with 16 Mint Suites and 144 seats in economy.

The US carrier is set to launch a daily service from JFK to Edinburgh from 22 May, followed by a second daily service between New York JFK and Paris CDG from 20 June, 2024.

The airline launched its first transatlantic flights to London in 2021, and now operates services to six European destinations from a mixture of Boston and New York JFK – Amsterdam, Dublin, Edinburgh, London Gatwick, London Heathrow and Paris CDG.
