Marriott International is bringing its Four Points Express by Sheraton midscale brand to the UK this summer.
The hotel group has signed an agreement with Splendid Hospitality Group, which has invested £50 million into the project.
Four Points Express London Euston will be located in a refurbished building, within walking distance on Euston Station, King’s Cross and St Pancras International.
The hotel’s 201 rooms will feature a modern, nature-inspired decor “inspired by London’s parks and greenery”, and further facilities will include a restaurant and bar concept, plus an onsite Caffé Nero.
The brand was launched in September 2023 and is described as “offering value conscious travellers a seamless hotel experience in a convenient location, with a focus on reliability, simplicity and value”.

The brand has an existing property in northwestern Turkey, located in the city of Bursa, and plans to open a property in Antalya soon. Hotels in Belgium and Poland are also on the cards.
Marriott will also bring its upper midscale Fairfield by Marriott brand to the UK in early 2026, following the brand’s debut in Europe last month. See our recent report on the launch:
