– During a recent interview with the CHGO Blackhawks Podcast, AEW wrestler Kyle Fletcher discussed the wrestlers who influenced his career, citing such names as Kenny Omega, Jeff Hardy, and Jushin Liger. Below are some highlights (via Fightful):
“Kenny Omega. He is someone that, he might be, in my books, the greatest in-ring performer of all-time. I still, to this day, will go back and watch his Tokyo Dome main event with Tanahashi. I’ll go back and watch his matches with (Kazuchika) Okada, his matches with (Tomohiro) Ishii. I’m in awe, and every single time, I’m like, ‘Ah man.’ I’m gobsmacked. Kenny, to this day, is the one I can go back and watch and always enjoy.”
Kyle Fletcher picked up a win over Komander on Saturday’s edition of AEW Collision.
