As previously reported, Swerve Stickland is set to open this Saturday’s AEW Collision, giving his first interview since becoming World champion. This comes after he had a match with Kyle Fletcher on last night’s Dynamite. Fightful Select reports that AEW decided to wait for Collision because of the fact that it airs after the NBA Playoff game. The plan is to put Swerve on a show that will have more people watching it with the NBA as a lead-in.
Collison is set to air immediately after the game between the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat.
