Hungary coach Adam Szalai is in a stable condition after falling ill during the Nations League defeat to the Netherlands, according to the Hungarian Football Federation. Szalai was taken to an Amsterdam hospital for examination after becoming unwell in the early stages of the match.

"Adam Szalai fell ill in the first minutes of the Netherlands-Hungary match, but his condition is stable and he is conscious," read a statement from the Hungarian Football Federation. "He was transported by ambulance to an Amsterdam hospital for examination."

Despite the incident, the match continued, resulting in a 4-0 victory for the Netherlands.

Wout Weghorst and Cody Gakpo both scored penalties in the first half, while Denzel Dumfries and Teun Koopmeiners added goals after the break. The win secured the Netherlands' place in the quarter-finals of the competition, ahead of their Tuesday match against already relegated Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Netherlands currently sit second in Group A3, trailing Germany by five points, who achieved their largest Nations League victory with a 7-0 win over Bosnia. Jamal Musiala, Tim Kleindienst, Kai Havertz, Florian Wirtz, Leroy Sane and Kleindienst all contributed to the impressive scoreline.

Meanwhile, Wales maintained their unbeaten record under Craig Bellamy with a goalless draw against Turkey.

Turkey missed a golden opportunity to secure Group B4 as Kerem Akturkoglu's 89th-minute penalty hit the post. The draw leaves Wales in second place, trailing Tuesday's rivals Iceland by two points, who secured a 2-0 victory over Montenegro.

Orri Oskarsson and Isak Bergmann Johannesson scored the goals for Iceland. In Group B1, Georgia managed a 1-1 draw with Ukraine thanks to Georges Mikautadze's equaliser, while Albania and Czech Republic ended in a stalemate.

Azerbaijan earned their first point of the Nations League with a goalless draw against Estonia in Group C1. Meanwhile, Sweden took a 2-1 win over Slovakia, with Viktor Gyokeres and Alexander Isak scoring the goals.

Slovakia were reduced to 10 men when Milan Skriniar was sent off. Finally, Moldova clinched a last-minute 1-0 victory over Andorra in Group D2, courtesy of Virgiliu Postolachi's stoppage-time strike.
