Lee Carsley will name the second England squad of his interim spell in charge later today and there could be a few surprises. The upcoming games against Greece and Finland will give Carsley another chance to show he can lead the team on a permanent basis.
Cole Palmer is likely to be the first name on the list with his stunning form at Chelsea making him impossible to leave out. He withdrew from the previous squad due to muscle fatigue but will be hoping to play a prominent role in this month's international fixtures.
Meanwhile, it remains to be seen if Kyle Walker will be picked after being left out of the squad which faced Ireland and Finland last month. Others, such as Morgan Rogers and Curtis Jones, will be hoping to get a chance to impress for the Three Lions.

Cole Palmer to be handed starring role
Cole Palmer will be promoted to a bigger role under Lee Carsley, according to the Daily Mail.
It is said that Carsley is ready to fire Palmer to the forefront of his efforts to secure the manager's job on a full-time basis.
He is expected to take on a more prominent role than he was afforded under Gareth Southgate.
Palmer was used sparingly by the previous England boss, only starting once at Euro 2024.
